COMPLETE Lack of service. If you care about good service, don’t eat at this location. I came around 5:30 PM and most of the restaurant was empty so it was not busy at all. Let me go through the list of bad service items: 1. I asked for a lime in my diet Coke very clearly never got a line. 2. Once my steak was brought, I waited for my server to stop by so I could ask for some A1 sauce. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, I finally went to the front where two hosts were simply sitting there chatting. I asked if they could grab my server because I needed a one sauce and now I needed a refill desperately. 3. I was eyeballing the dessert menu, and then my server brought me my check never asking if I wanted any dessert. I was going to order the chocolate thunder from down under, but decided that my server wanted me to leave. 4. After bringing my check she went to the bar to sit and laugh and giggle with some other customers. I watch this for about five minutes, then paid at the kiosk. Outback, please teach your servers that if they want a really good tip, they need to at least pay a little bit more attention to each customer.

Two nights in a row, I ordered curbside takeaway and was told my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. About 50-60 minutes later, after sitting there waiting for 20+ minutes, I finally got my food. I travel for work and I’ve literally been to dozens of Outbacks and love the chain. All I can comment on is the curbside takeaway service, but this restaurant has by far the worst I’ve seen. Food was still fine, but that’s about it.

Soup, salad and a sirloin... How can you screw that up, right? Answer: Go to this Outback. Simple stuff, but I guess that's what made it so annoying. I asked for no tomatoes in my salad, got tomatoes. The Onion soup was like dish water with no onions in it at all. I asked If they would bring each item out one at a time and they said yes. The soup and salad came out at the same time, meaning the soup was dishwasher cold when I got to it, and then they delivered my steak supposedly rare while I was eating my soup and salad, so by the time I got to it, it had steeped to medium rare. The server told me management had decided to close at 9:30 instead of 10 because business with slow and I guess things in the kitchen are being closed up. That was how she resolved the customer issue by simply explaining why nobody there give a damn. I guess she felt that was good customer service.

Second visit to this spot and was very disappointed both times. My order was incomplete and food! Wanted to complain decided it would be a waste of time. Mainly, I didn't want to get the young man in trouble.

I loved their warm bread and butter!! Their shrimp skewers appetizer was also very delicious. Their mac and cheese was also a favorite!!!
